He and his Chinese assistants have found magnificent luxury homes for numerous Chinese families throughout West Vancouver and the Greater Vancouver Area. Clarence Debelle was the first Realtor in West Vancouver to vigorously tap into the Chinese market, and started acting for qualified Chinese buyers as early as 2009. Since then, Clarence has made numerous trips to China expanding his presence in this important market, and developing personal one-on-one relationships with qualified Chinese buyers wanting to come to Vancouver. Clarence was also the first West Vancouver real estate agent to advertise in the Chinese Real Estate Newspapers, Sing Tao and Ming Pao, and in numerous other internationally acclaimed Chinese real estate magazines and periodicals.
In an effort to broaden his reach with the Chinese community, Clarence moved from a local West Vancouver real estate company to Royal Pacific, a huge real estate brokerage with over 1,300 real estate agents, and with the greatest pool of potential Chinese buyers in the city. Year-in and year-out, Clarence has been Royal Pacific’s Top West Vancouver real estate agent. The move to Royal Pacific was highly successful, because the more than 1,300 Royal Pacific real estate agents actively show and sell his listings.
Clarence continuously looks for the very best marketing platforms to maximize the exposure of his listings to buyers around the world, always targeting the most active buying niche at the time. Over the years Clarence has developed a powerful following on WeChat, and is the only non-Chinese real estate agent to do so. WeChat is a Chinese version of Facebook, which is actively followed by the Chinese community. Clarence has personally built his own “Subscription Account” where he actively markets his listings to thousands of real estate agents and qualified buyers worldwide, and has a Chinese assistant dedicated to maintaining this WeChat account and to doing all of its translation. Again, this has proven to be a huge success, as it has greatly enhanced his presence in the Chinese community, while also introducing him to numerous qualified Chinese buyers wanting to buy his listings.
In addition to the many different international newspapers and magazines Clarence markets his homes in, he also continuously improves and enhances his website, always trying to offer the most informative and useful website to users from all walks of life. His custom-built website has special features that will not be found on other sites, such as the “Additional Features” button on the page for each of his listings. Today’s luxury homes are complex and sophisticated, so much so, that it is impossible to fully discuss all their many special features that set it apart from other luxury homes on the market. Each buyer who views one of his listings does not receive a leaflet or brochure, but rather an amazing book that showcases the home.
