I rarely share my comments on Google, but I feel I would be so regret if I don't share my experience with others. Before I worked with Team McKnight to sell my home and buy another new home, I thought all the agents are very similar but I was so wrong. Selling our home during COVID was very concerning to us, and we did not know what to do to minimize the risks for the families. We asked Team McKnight to make sure all the people who came for the showings to follow our protocol and they 100% complied and make sure we felt comfortable and safe. Our first offer with nearly our listing price fell apart due to the buyers financial reason, me and my wife felt quite stressed. Team McKnight really showed their profession and integrity worked around the clock trying to get another offer with same or higher price. In the end, they got us another offer within 12 hours after our first offer fell apart. We were even more impressed by our buying experiences. Team McKnight has given us many recommendations on the areas, schools, locations and value. We are so happy that we bought a house within our budget and the location we always wanted. Leslie helped me purchasing a house in South Surrey, BC. It is for my retirement and the perfect one for me. I was working in US at the time and had to travel to BC to check the available houses. At the beginning, i was not very sure what type of residential to purchase. Thus in my first visit, Leslie prepared a long list of house, condo, townhouse at different location to see. She also helped me to understand the town so much better. It was 2.5 days trip and I was so much knowledgeable with her dedicated support during the time. There was one house I was quite interested, but Leslie provided very professional insight why it is not a good purchase due to the light, shape of the land, and how the stairway located in the house. In fact through my entire purchase journey, Leslie always has my best interest in mind as she put it: " you will become my neighbor and live in the area for many many years to come and it has to be the right house". It eventually took over half year, 3 trips to BC, multiple rounds of offers to multiple houses that we finally found the gorgeous house and closed at the price I am satisfied. The post sales service was beyond my expectation too, she coordinated with a handy man to fix the house and also helped me to rent it out (as my retirement would still be far in the future:-)) Leslie's professionalism, patience, insight and warm heart nature is tremendously impressive and valuable in the process and I would recommend her highly!
