We recently purchased and moved into our new home, which wouldn't have been possible without Vince's help! We got the perfect home and it wouldn't have happened if things hadn't moved as quickly as they had because Vince had an eye out on new listings for us at all times. He also negotiated the price down for us to what I believe is probably the lowest we would have gotten the house for. We had been looking for a new home for nearly a year, and Vince was patient with us throughout our hunt. We were looking in a very small geographic area, with a very limited budget, and had very specific needs that we wanted filled. I was beginning to lose hope that we would find anything, but he was always positive and wanted to make sure we made the right decisions for our young family. He sent us listings on a regular basis and did his best to make viewings and open houses fit into his schedule. Jason and his team are charismatic, professional and efficient. Their marketing is great. We found them from the pamphlets they regularly printed and mailed to the olympic village area buildings. It included price comparisons of the local buildings, and showed the units being sold by them.
