I'm super happy with the result of my house sale through Vince. There was not a single hiccup with the sale of my home. He was extremely thorough with his research, taking the time to drive a long way's out, spending a number of evenings at the place preparing it, cleaning it, reviewing it, fixing it up. The way the place was set up led us to get more money than a comparable unit just weeks before, with a no subject offer and close date within a couple of weeks. It was so smooth, it felt like I spent very minimal time out of my regular schedule to have to deal with selling the place, he took care of it well. Vince hustles hard, has high integrity, strong work ethic, and made sure the job got done even when it inconvenienced him.
