Jason Lim and VancityExperts have misrepresented the size of property for sale to make it seem cheaper by the square foot than it really is. It also affects the sales in that neighbourhood/building. This is misleading to say the least, not professional and possibly dishonest. Edit: In response to your answer below. You are wrong, I have checked the strata documents and you have misrepresented the square footage of the property by 3.5% showing that the unit sold for $1044 where in fact it sold for $1080. This is not an error, this was done deliberately. The way you listed it violates the RECBC regulations. You are either knowingly doing this (I assume) or you are clueless, which I very much doubt. Shame on you.
