I was a first time home seller and didn't know much about the process at all, it goes without saying I was extremely nervous! Connecting with Roman was the best thing i could have done. He was a true professional and guided me step by step through the process. The amount of work and detail he put into selling my condo was unreal, he had customer flyers and signage made for the open house and even had mini custom stickers on the water bottles and snacks with my property info on it, that he gave away to the potential buyers. We were impressed with Roman's professionalism from the first meeting. We met with him to discuss the sale of our condo and he explained the process in detail. He gave us a lot of pointers how to stage our condo and he also arranged for a photographer to take really good pictures for the listing. Roman made the sale of our condo worry-free. What really stood out for me is that he communicated with both my husband and i. He made sure we were both equally involved and aware of everything that's happening "behind the scenes". Roman was all over social media advertising and even doing short videos about his newest listing and the upcoming open house. He was definitely working hard for us and it paid off!
