Mike Buchanan

I’m Mike Buchanan, a residential Realtor® based in South Surrey, British Columbia.

In my work, being able to relate to people is absolutely vital: my clients can expect transparency and attentive service tailored to their needs. I help people looking to buy their dream home or sell their properties, unlocking the full potential of their opportunities. I am very knowledgeable about the local area, which has been my home for a couple of years short of two decades. As much as I love South Surrey, I am also an avid traveler, and having been around the world extensively allowed me to gain a really useful background of experience that has a use in my work and in my life in general. I completed my Real Estate Trading Services Licensing at the University of British Columbia and continue to further my education and attend professional development courses, because I believe in remaining consistently up to date with the industry trends and standards, in order to provide the best possible service to my clients.

While not at work, I enjoying spending time cooking for me, my friends and my bride-to-be, or out on the field practicing or competing in the Scottish Highland Games heavy athletics!
