My husband and I are so pleased to write a review for Mike, as we cannot thank him enough for his professionalism and expertise in selling and buying real estate in this unique market. As our first home purchase was seven years ago, we were feeling very overwhelmed with how to start this process. Mike met with us to review both sides of our game plan - we discussed comparable properties and goals for the home sale, and nailed down our must haves, preferred neighbourhoods, and most important, our budget, so we were all on the same page. Mike provided us with reference material and plenty of reading so we could understand real estate terms, the step by step process of a sale and purchase, and checklists. Mike guided us in preparing our home for listing and we were thrilled to have received so much positive interest in our property through his prominent online presence and marketing approach. Mike handled negotiations with integrity and tact, representing himself as an agent, and us as sellers. Mike was encouraging and supportive as my husband and I showed interest in viewing properties and he promptly arranged viewings that were convenient with our variable schedules. Mike was extremely patient with our questions, inquiries for more information, and indecisiveness. We did not feel rushed or pressured, but rather championed in making a decision that was best for our future and goals. The buying and selling process of real estate is remarkably stressful with many factors out of our control and things changing day by day, but we never doubted Mike’s dedication, honesty, and genuine interest in wanting the best for us. While we were not his only clients, we always felt that he had time for a phone call if we ever had any questions. Although we hoping to be in our future new home for some time, we would not hesitate at the opportunity to work with Mike in the future. Thank you, Mike!

Mike is very professional in his work. He tries to understand what customers wants and what are their priorities. He is very humble and patient to work with regarding your home purchase. We had a toddler while shopping for our new home. Mike always is very accommodating in terms of time and inventory planning. He helped us with sale of our old home and buying a new home. We managed to sell our old home within 5 days on market and that too over asking price. All thanks to Mike. Its not just limits to sale and purchase, he is very kind and supportive even after sales service. There are very less realtors in market who builds trust and long term relation with their clients.

Connor did a great job helping me with the purchase of my first home. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything in a no-nonsense manner and was able to negotiate a good price when the time came to make a deal. I met the Buchanan Brothers via their listings. I found their photos and descriptions entirely helpful in shopping for a new home. But selling my present one, I asked that it please be a calm event and sure enough it was! Both gentlemen went out of their ways to effect a quick and satisfying sale. Looking for a new home that suited was equally easy. There were three choices and their showings and information helped me to settle on the best one in my opinion. The paperwork seemed a breeze and was done close to home. No trooping about with bundles of forms to fill hither and yon. During the whole process, I was living overseas and Mike was my eyes and ears and my direct link to the developer. He went above and beyond what a normal realtor would have done, answered all of my questions and concerns, followed up on every outstanding point, kept me up to date on the progress at every stage, even driving to the site and sending me photos and videos of the construction progress. His attention to detail was top notch and I could not have asked for better service. I would 100% use Mike again on any future real estate transactions and have nothing but the highest recommendation for him.
