My wife and I recently purchased our first home in Victoria thanks to Danielle's expertise and hard work. She provided her personal insight and knowledge throughout the entire process, and her friendly and flexible demeanour made the daunting task that much easier. We just moved to Victoria and Danielle has made the transition so painless. Blake and Danielle were wonderful to work with. Our house search took multiple years and the Moreau's were extremely patient through the many texts, emails, and showings. They were knowledge about the houses we viewed, and when it came to making offers they provided great advice though the entire process. It was real pleasure working with both of them. We would recommend Blake and Danielle for either buying or selling! We did both and throughout the VERY stressful process, Blake was calm, professional, and responsive (and a great sense of humour). I have worked with Danielle on two occasions; when purchasing my investment condo, and selling it a few years later. Both times, I was blown away by her professionalism, responsiveness and expertise as my real estate advisor. During these large and potentially stressful transactions, her experience and resourcefulness put me at ease and made me feel like we were a cohesive team. Danielle was excellent to work with. She was always available whenever we needed her. Danielle worked so hard to help my husband and I hunt for a new home, in an incredibly tough market for our budget.
