In 1996 Blake Moreau helped us buy our house in Victoria. We were happy with our experience with him so 26 years later when it came time to sell that house we went back to Blake and found that he was now working with his daughter Danielle. We had been renting the house and no longer lived in the province so we were worried about all the obstacles that would entail. Danielle had a plan and a strategy that dealt with all of our concerns but also dealt with the tenant in a very thoughtful and respectful manner. She took care of a lot of the things we would have done but were unable to because we lived so far away. With her help we went through the whole process without having to travel to Victoria from Ontario. We were all very pleased with her efforts which led to the very successful sale of our house.
