Our family started working with Deanna in 2004 with the purchase of my first home, a condo on the Gorge. Since then Deanna has guided us through the purchase of two homes and this week the sale of the condo. Deanna really takes her time to get to know her clients and works diligently to find the right home for them. When we purchased our ‘forever home’ in 2014 it look a year of looking, with houses going to bidding wars, when we were working with a budget. Deanna was not only kind and patient, but she did her homework. We found our dream house but it was being sold by a group of trustees. The original real estate write up stated a date that they would be reviewing offers. Thanks to Deanna’s attentiveness she followed up with the selling agent and found out there was a misprint and the trustees were meeting a day earlier. Blair and his team are EXCEPTIONAL. I should first mention that my husband and I had been looking for 'the right property' for over 6 years all the time Blair, Katrina and Dustin were the embodiment of patience.
