We found and purchased our dream home and sold our present house through this group. They negotiated a good price with updated plumbing being done before we even took possession, something I had not thought of. They followed up making sure we were happy with the new home and had no problems once moved in. I don't know any other realtor that has done that and I have bought and purchased many homes over the years.
