We weren't looking very seriously for a house, but wandered through an open-house one day that we really liked the look of and very suddenly found ourselves in need of a realtor. Blair had been recommended to us by family so we emailed him on a Saturday afternoon of a holiday weekend looking for some more information, and by the end of the weekend he had helped us put in an offer that was accepted. Blair was always quick to respond to our emails and texts and provided us with all the important information we needed in a very short amount of time, and made sure we knew all the things we needed to do and when. He made what was a very stressful week for some new and unprepared home-buyers just that little bit less stressful, and I would absolutely recommend his services.
