A Word from Our Founder, Ron Neal

When I started my career as a realtor in 1991, I knew this career was more than just about selling properties. This career was about helping families make a home for themselves. I knew that real estate was not just about the transaction; it was about building relationships. And I knew that I wanted to build a business based on this principle.

Just as the population of Victoria has thrived since 1991, so has the real estate market. I knew it was important to stay ahead of the curve, and focusing on the customer service experience was the best way to build a solid, trustworthy reputation. I prioritized creating systems within my organization that would allow us to serve our customers more efficiently. By being more organized, we can focus more attention to listening and responding to the needs of our customers.

I have also been dedicated to developing innovative ways to market our customers’ homes. I understood early on that buying a home is the biggest purchase any of us will likely ever make, and we want to see right away the value and quality of our potential investment. My firm was among the first real estate brokerages to consistently showcase homes with professional photography, virtual reality tours, and complementary staging consultations.

Being a father of two active boys, and a coach and hockey player, I saw how lucky we are to live in such a vibrant family-oriented community. I wanted to build a business that dedicated to serving not just my customers, but the community in which we live, work and play.

I believe it has been my on-going dedication to excellence, innovation, empathy, leadership and generosity that has enabled me to attract a team of professionals who are inspired to uphold my original vision. I, the undersigned, initially retained the professional services of Mr. Ryan Fach, real estate sales agent with the Victoria firm of RE/MAX Generation - The Neal Estate Group, during the month of March 2020, in order to facilitate and expedite the selling of my mother’s principal residence. Since that time, and currently, I have retained Mr. Fach to list and sell four rental properties pertaining to my late mother’s estate and Mr. Fach has been instrumental and successful in selling two of said properties in what may be described as a current realty market in the doldrums or as a poet would describe it: “As idle as a painted ship upon a painted ocean”. In spite of adverse market conditions, increases in the federal interest rates, rising inflation, and all the other financial woes to which a complex society is subject, Mr. Fach has triumphed and was able, through his own indefatigable efforts and those of his team, behind the scenes, to find suitable and qualified purchasers for the said properties. I am certain that he will also be most successful in selling the final two rental properties in my late mother’s portfolio. As a lawyer with about thirty years of experience primarily in commercial law with a particular emphasis on conveyancing and mortgage work, I am most punctilious whom I retain to assist me and I am not one to suffer fools easily. Mr. Fach has demonstrated to me and my brother that he is not only a consummate professional imbued with intelligence, integrity and an excellent comprehension of the intricacies endemic in the art of selling and purchasing real estate and dealing with a diverse and disparate clientele.
