Stefan Erbers*

I chose Mr Erbers as my realtor based on his amiable and altruistic approach, but during our business he was extremely superficial, unreliable, not accepting his own failures. Mr Erbers was interested only to get the deal done, minimizing his work and doing a poor job. Every single step working with him was a struggle and ended up receiving, on possession day, a filthy dirty apartment with appliances not working. “Most of the time my clients are getting dirty apartments” and “nothing I can do” he replied to me, even though in the contract was specified that I will get a clean apartment. Mr Erbers sent to my apartment housekeeping for couple of hours to clean an extremely dirty apartment. As per his requests before and after cleaning the condo by his housekeeping, Mr Erbers asked me to send pictures to him, but he became very irritated calling and telling me to “stop harassing” him with the “endless messages” and “disgusting pictures” with the “filthy-dirty apartment” because he knows the apartment is dirty. I had to spend 4 full days and I hired a housekeeping for 3 consecutive days to help me cleaning up the apartment. Also, I have to repair the dish washer machine as it wasn’t functioning. After my experience with Mr Erbers, I want to emphasize that he doesn’t represent his clients best interest and not advocating for his clients. I regret, I put my trust in Mr Erbers as my realtor, it was an awful experience. I do NOT recommend him to anyone.
