We just sold our Vancouver apartment with Angus and had a really great experience! The end of 2025/ beginning of 2026 was the worst period to sell yet.. but we have managed to do that while getting a reasonable offer! Compared to what other local agents were proposing, Angus sounded more grounded in reality and did not have a panic mode on. he didn't suggest to low ball and then agree on whatever comes through like many other agents did. He believed that we are just looking for 1 buyer who loves what we offer and need to be patient and honest with our pricing. At the end such a buyer arrived. Another thing that we appreciated about Angus is how proactive he was throughout the whole process. He organized multiple showings, followed up carefully with every potential buyer, and kept us updated regularly which was really helpful since we weren't in Vancouver. He also handled a lot of the logistics like arranging cleaning before showings and coordinating repairs near the end. When the offer came in he negotiated thoughtfully on our behalf and was focused on getting us the best outcome.
