As a first time home buyer, it was hard to know where to begin. Luckily, a family friend recommended Jared and I am so grateful that he did. Authentic customer service and relationship building is not something you see a lot of anymore but Jared takes it to another level. It is so refreshing and reassuring to know that there are genuine people out there that love what they do and make it a priority to help others navigate the complexities of real estate. Jared makes a point to get to know you in order to help you find what you want and what you need. He helps you read between the lines of listings and takes the time to explain things fully so that you understand and are comfortable every step of the way. He truly is amazing at what he does and goes above and beyond for his clients; he really listens to you and encourages you to ask questions. His work ethic is exceptional and he goes further than just helping you find a place, he also helps you turn it into home. Lastly, he surrounds himself with people who share his approach, so when you choose Jared you also get the benefit of his connections, which makes things so much easier, especially when those people are just as supportive and amazing at what they do as well. There are a lot of agents out there but I honestly feel that working with Jared is a unique experience as he genuinely looks out for you and your interests by cultivating relationships built on trust. If I could give more than 5 stars I would but this lengthy review will have to suffice. Ultimately, any agent can help you find a place, but if you are looking for someone you can trust and who will look out for your best interests every step of the way , you won't find anyone better than Jared Gibbons.

It was a great experience working with Jared over the past couple weeks. I was a first time home buyer and his confidence and expertise made the whole process a lot less daunting and honestly quite easy, and saved some money along the way. I’m sure I had some rookie questions but he was available by phone or text or email immediately every time with the answer. We made quick work of the viewings, offers and closing and he crushed it every step of the way. Even before getting the keys he had me set up with some recommendations for some contractors and some upgrades and went above and beyond tracking everyone down.
