He has assisted me with both purchasing and selling my first home and on both occasions, he was able to do so within the time frame I had requested. He also has an abundance of resources to share and is very knowledgeable with all things real estate. As I am someone who knows nothing about the market, he really does take the time to source the best available options for his clients.

First things first , to say Andrew is as professional a realtor as you can get is a massive understatement. From day one he listened carefully to Kate (my wife) and myself and what we deemed a perfect property for us , once he knew the ballpark figure he set about his job dutifully. By setting both Kate and myself up on the Zolo app we were able to cherry pick the properties we liked most , in the areas we loved and combining that with Andrews vast knowledge of the market several properties came under serious consideration. We viewed several properties but in fact it was actually the second property that ticked nearly all the boxes that mattered most to us. We couldn’t believe our luck but the vast majority of it came down to Andrews many years of experience and knowledge. The following day we put in an offer which was accepted and with the paperwork side of things going so ridiculously smoothly we will be moving in within three weeks of first viewing the property. When in this position there’s a lot of not knowing and anxious waiting by the phone in the hope of getting positive news, another of Andrews strong points is that he keeps you in the loop at all points throughout the process and that is so invaluable. Kate and myself cannot thank Andrew enough for finding us our first family home and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a successful outcome.
