We got matched with Andrew Do on a website (I can’t remember the name of) from the very first phone call we knew he was a great match. He listened to what our needs wants and expectations were. Me and my husband were first time home buyers with limited information about the purchasing process and had so many questions and confusions. to be honest we had no idea where and what we can afford and had to try every city and every type of properties. we were searching for some one to be patient with us, Andrew was the person he answered all our questions and confusions patiently and walked through all the steps with us. he is very quick in organizing viewings ,and every thing else if we wanted to see a place he would book viewing with out any question, even though open houses were all over the greater vancouver and we had to drive from east to west multiple times. we got very updated and frequent listings emails almost every other day. he had very useful advices about places, his intention was to help us find a place we really like and feel comfortable not solely sell a property and push us to buy it. finally we bought a condo in Vancouver below listed price which in this market(spring 2022) that properties are sold way over listed prices, is something amazing. Andrew did a very good job negotiating with seller and their realtor. we really appreciate his job and effort and will definitely have his help in our future purchasing plans.
