Amy and Ally are unprofessional and incompetent realtors. We (the buyers) had the displeasure of having them represent the sellers in our interaction. Today was the completion date and we were supposed to get the keys to the property by noon. At noon, we showed up with our agent on time but the seller's agent (Amy or her assistant) weren't there. We saw that the seller was still moving out at this point but we wanted to get the keys to at least start with the possession process. The seller REFUSED to give us the keys until they were fully done moving and at all points of these events, no one from their agency showed up or tried to help. Our agent attempted to contact the seller's representative but got no response despite it being such a crucial time. Although we didn't hire Amy and Ally as our representative, from our experience dealing with them we wouldn't recommend anyone from using them. BUYER/SELLER BEWARE!
