Connie McGinley*

Born and raised in beautiful Vancouver, Connie has been a true Vancouverite her entire life. Connie graduated from Magee Secondary School in Kerrisdale and then went on to attend Brooks College in Long Beach, California for Interior Design. Her career started in Fashion Retail, and she became the General Manager of Merchandising, Events & Promotion for an exclusive Ladies Fashion Company for 15 years which lead to her own Consulting business. Real Estate was always a passion and with her children all grown up she made the decision to get her License and join the Dexter Realty Brokerage Firm a Vanouver owned and operated since the early 1980s where is 1 of the top REALTORS. She is a Greater Vancouver REALTOR - Medallion Club Member for 2020, 2022, 2023 and 2025 - the Top 10% of all REALTORS.

Married to Rob since 1984, they have 2 grown sons Scott and Stuart. Connie has been an active volunteer in the community, involved in charity events and at the local elementary and high schools. With her 2 sons very involved in the sport of Rugby, she became the President of the Meraloma Rugby Club in 2011 to 2013 and was also on the Board of Directors for the Vancouver Rugby Union from 2008 to 2017 and Board of Directors for the BC Rugby Union 2016 to 2024. In 2015 she was presented RUGBY CANADA's to Volunteer of the Year Award by the Governor General of BC in Victoria. Connie is also a member of the Dexter Realty's - Ride to Conquer Cancer Team and received the DEXTER REALTY - Brian Thompson Award who has best shown dedication to the company, industry and their fellow Dexter family. Someone that is always willing to help, give up their time is knowledgeable and brings a professional and positive image to Dexter. This person truly shows what it is Being Dexter and honors one of our amazing past leaders at Dexter, Brian Thompson.
