While it is not often that I will write a Google review, I couldn’t pass to write this one to complement somebody who probably changed our lives. Moving from one home to another is stressful time. So many decisions need to be made. So much unknown. But having a professional on your side make it all so much easier. The one and only move from one home to another we had was when housing markets was nuts. Every home we saw was sold way over asking price with multiple offers. At the same time, open house for our condo didn’t exactly explode with viewers. Eunice kept telling us - “don’t worry. You only need one buyer”. It got sold exactly as we were hoping. Then looking for new house. I remember her calling us and saying - you need to see this one. So happy we listened. We still can’t believe the price we bought it for. And it is exactly the home we needed. But beside all the financial good stories, what I appreciate the most was the process where you just know she got you. It feels as if she has all her energy and time dedicated to you, while of cause she has other clients. Their is no pressure. Simply expertise, spectacular work ethics and dedication.
