While it is not often that I will write a Google review, I couldn’t pass to write this one to complement somebody who probably changed our lives. Moving from one home to another is stressful time. So many decisions need to be made. So much unknown. But having a professional on your side make it all so much easier. The one and only move from one home to another we had was when housing markets was nuts. Every home we saw was sold way over asking price with multiple offers. At the same time, open house for our condo didn’t exactly explode with viewers. Eunice kept telling us - “don’t worry. You only need one buyer”. It got sold exactly as we were hoping. Then looking for new house. I remember her calling us and saying - you need to see this one. So happy we listened. We still can’t believe the price we bought it for. And it is exactly the home we needed. But beside all the financial good stories, what I appreciate the most was the process where you just know she got you. That means a lot more work and visits for her. She investigates and analyses data on a property before advising on whether it is a good investment. If she perceives that her client is letting their emotions drive their decision making, she uses reason and logic to help them make more rational choice. The purchase of a home is, after all, one of the biggest investment that most people will make. It should be a rational choice, not one driven by emotions. The other thing that makes Eunice outstanding is how ethical she is. Several times, she has advised me in a way that benefited me but that went against her own self interests and an easy sale.
