Of the many real estate agents that I have dealt with, Eunice is hands-down the best one. I interacted with her as my buyer’s agent. Eunice is hard working and adopts a philosophy that it is important to visit as many homes as possible to get a sense of home values so that the client can gauge value for themselves. That means a lot more work and visits for her. She investigates and analyses data on a property before advising on whether it is a good investment. If she perceives that her client is letting their emotions drive their decision making, she uses reason and logic to help them make more rational choice. The purchase of a home is, after all, one of the biggest investment that most people will make. It should be a rational choice, not one driven by emotions. The other thing that makes Eunice outstanding is how ethical she is. Several times, she has advised me in a way that benefited me but that went against her own self interests and an easy sale. She wants people to find the right home, and a good investment. That’s a rare trait for a real estate agent. Finally, I will say that my appreciation for her grew in the wake of a difficult real estate transaction where I just didn’t feel comfortable moving forward with it. While she proposed options, she never pushed me to move ahead with the purchase. I know few agents that would act in such an ethical manner at the 11th hour, seconds before earning their commission, and irrespective of whether she agreed with my choice or not. For this reason, I trust her and will stick with Eunice in any future real estate transaction that I will make. I recommend her without hesitation or reservation, whole-heartedly.
