Shaune Bowers is the best agent I have worked with in Vancouver, B.C., or anywhere else for that matter. We first worked together selling my property in Gastown. He came to my place, we brainstormed, he came up with a great idea which we executed - we had multiple offers for above asking in a week. That was during the boom times of Real Estate in Vancouver. We sold the condo in 7-10 days. The second transaction we did together, very recently, was selling another condo I owned at a much higher price point, in a very difficult market, one where the units in my price range were the hardest to sell. We tried a couple of ideas that didn't feel right. Then we came up with a third. This time we hit. 7 or 8 offers in less that a week. I was ready to take the first offer, which turned out to be the best offer, but Shaune guided me to wait - if we took the first offer, he said, we would forever wonder if we left money on the table. We gave it another 6 days. We received 7 more offers. As it turned out the first one was the best, we accepted it, and the condo was sold. I don't have to worry that I left money on the table. I know we got the best price we could get. We used the same notary to close as in the first sale, Leonard Atwood, who is also excellent. Shaune's whole team is excellent. And did I mention we got 100K over asking on this deal? Shaune also introduced to to Canadian Poutine. He couldn't believe I didn't know what it was, so he treated me to a beer and poutine. How can you do better than that?
