My wife and I were fortunate enough to buy two properties, and sell one with Rob. When we first met, we were just getting into the marketplace, but not very aggressively. We gave him our wish list, and frankly felt a little bad for being somewhat aloof. Rob found the perfect place that checked off everything on our list. Before we knew it, we were home owners. We kept in touch over the next few years, and we toyed with the thought of making another move. Rob was extremely patient, again, with us being careful and waiting for the right place. Rob was very caring, protecting and even blunt when it came to assessments of potential properties. When we found “the one” we felt safe and looked after. We knew he had our best interests at heart, and made the transition smooth. Our sale happened on Christmas Eve, and like that, we had sold our place, and bought our dream home. When my husband and I first met Rob we were not sure if we wanted to sell our home. He came to our house and sat down with us and laid out what to expect and it made us completely comfortable to go ahead and sell. Rob gave us timelines of what to do/expect with selling our home and also provided excellent contacts for the home improvements we needed to get the house in ship shape to sell. Throughout the whole selling process we always knew what was going on and what was needed next and if we ever had a question we would text him and he would get back to us shortly thereafter. As well when deadlines came close we would always get an email detailing what was needed to be completed for that deadline as well as if there was anything else coming up next after that deadline to look forward to. We also had Rob find our dream home. He really listened to what we wanted and the type and style of home we were looking for and gave us really great advise and tips of what to look for when buying a home. We thought our dream home was sold and began to feel like we were not going to find something. However Rob kept at it and he knew this was the home for us and did not give up and kept in contact with the sellers agents and through his determination and unwavering belief that the home was for us we got the house of our dreams. It was an absolute pleasure working with Rob and his team. We always knew what was happening throughout the whole process. Rob was also so honest and truthful during our time with him. I never felt like we were being lied to or promised something and given something completely different.
