After hesitating for a few years to buy a place in the lower mainland(as this is a huge decision for first time home buyers), we finally purchased a place with Rob and we couldn't be happier! We did meet several agents originally(Rob being one of them), and after meeting all of them and understanding how each one worked, we realized that Rob was the most honest, patient and likeable out of all of them. He made sure that we saw as many areas and houses as possible to make sure we had a very good idea of what we wanted - his patience throughout this time was very much appreciated as we looked at 3 different cities in the lower mainland. The other agents were very pushy and just wanted a sale, turning us completely off.
