Do not buy a new build through Sean and his developers. He is awful at communications and we have waiting well over 2 years for our units to be finished when pushed for updates, he blocked us from emailing him. Lies after lies to buy time. I wonder if it’s possible for hard working buyers to block the commission this man gets. Truly awful first time home buying experience. You should be banned from working as a realtor.
