My girlfriend and I had laid out a plan to buy a home in Vancouver. Adina was recommended to us by a trusted colleague and we had an excellent coffee "date" with her where she explained the process, gave us an overview of the market, and asked lots of questions to understand what we were looking for. We were very encouraged by her calm approach and the fact that she encouraged us to take our time. She did not apply any pressure whatsoever and was clear that buying a home can take several months and that we would be spending a lot of time together. Ten days later, and after doing significant research on sold data and looking at ~15 properties, we found something we really, really liked. Adina immediately went in to rapid-fire mode, pulling together all the necessary pieces, and within 24 hours we made what turned out to be the strongest offer.
