Extremely positive experience working with Adina to secure our presale townhouse. On a very tight timeline (24 hours) to sign back our agreement, Adina reviewed all the documentation and disclosures immediately and provided us with her feedback, giving us great comfort in proceeding with our purchase. My experience with Adina as my realtor was excellent! Very patient, knowledgeable, and meticulous in aiding me find a dream home. Adina was our realtor for both buying a townhouse and selling our condo in New West, and we could not have done it without her. We only had experience buying a presale condo previously, so it felt like we were first time buyers and we were also first time sellers, and the whole process felt like it would be really overwhelming and daunting. From our very first virtual meeting, Adina demonstrated how knowledgeable she is about the real estate market, and passionate she is about helping her clients find their home without pressure. She always showed us data when we had decisions to make and trends to understand, and walked us through the whole process from start to finish with patience. I'm 100% certain Adina is a very popular realtor, but she always made us feel like we were her only client. We were very indecisive going into the buying process because we didn't really know what we were looking for, but with her help seeing homes and asking insightful questions, we were able to narrow down our search criteria and find what we were looking for. I have no doubt that without Adina's expertise throughout the buying process, we would not have been able to make a competitive offer and be successful on our home purchase. Adina also has a whole network of partners (e.g. home inspectors, staging consultants to make your place as appealing to sell as possible to get the highest value, photographers etc.) so she made the whole process easy and seamless on both the buying and selling side, and we were able to sell our apartment within 3 days of listing for a higher value than we originally expected. We would 100% hire Adina and her team again if we were to have to buy / sell in the future, but with her help in finding our ideal home, I don’t think we will need to move again ;) Highly recommend - thank you Adina for all of your help!
