This is the second time I’ve worked with Iain Edmonds and the first with the team. Working with them was seamless, no matter if it was Iain, Alex or Madison the level of service was the same - excellent. They spent a lot of time with me showing me properties until we saw “the one”. Our family has now worked with Iain and Team on the sale of one home and purchase of two. Our initial selection of a realtor was an easy one, as Iain had previously helped our parents in sale and purchase transactions - as had a good handful of the families in the neighbourhood we grew up in as folks moved on our downsized. Caroline was available for urgent late nights, which really helped when the time crunch was on and together, Iain and Caroline are so warm and personable. I want to specifically call out when a nerve wracking deprecation report came through during subjects removal, they spent multiple hours helping us understand what we were really looking at and bringing us down to reality. Ian helped us sell our condo and made the process super easy! He or one of his team members was always present to handle everything so that we didn't have to worry! On top of that Ian helped us find another realtor in the new city we were moving too, and was willing to give us advice even though he wasn't involved in the new purchase.
