Dishonest and deceitful. get a second opinion if dealing with Joseph Collins. I wish I did. Highly do not recommend , not trust worthy as a real estate agent. Definitely was not working on my behalf as my realtor. In answer to you response: No Joseph, this is not accusations, it’s facts. Let me remind you, when I asked you ‘I think we are going into a hot market’, you convinced me that we are not. but we were at the beginning of one. When you were contacted by a buyer for my property (the property wasn't even listed at the time, but you managed to keep a listing from the previous year still showing on websites) I said let’s list it publicly again, but you convinced me to sell it to someone that contacted you. I asked you to get a certain amount of money, you convinced me ‘it’s just a tear down they only want the land and I should take the offer’. The house is still there by the way. A few days later you asked me to sign some papers so they can add someone to the title after reviewing papers you sent me. It did not match up to what you said. I asked my lawyer to review, He advised me not to sign, as it would allow buyer to sell to someone else, give money owed to me and original buyer profits on his upsell. And that is why Joseph i feel you are dishonest, deceitful, and not trustworthy . You lost out on 3 other deals with me and all future deals with our common friends.

I cannot recommend Joseph enough! His service during the sale of our property was exceptionally helpful and professional. Our experience was nothing short of wonderful, and our property sold in record time thanks to his expertise. Additionally, Joseph went above and beyond by finding my dream place.
