My partner and I had an excellent experience working with Chris in the Spring of 2020. We met with him before deciding to work with him and he was very generous with his time and answered a lot of questions (we were first time home buyers). After doing a tour of some properties to see what Chris could offer, it became quite clear that he was the right choice. Not only is Chris a highly competent realtor who knows the market very well, his background in development/construction was very useful in assessing the value of properties and potential issues. One of Chris' best traits was that he never once pushed us to purchase a place we weren't interested it. He always remained neutral and let us properly consider each property. When we were interested, Chris' background was very useful - he essentially conducted a preliminary inspection of each property before we had to incur the costs of a full inspection. We ended up with the perfect place, and could not have done it without Chris. Chris has also gone above and beyond to remedy a few issues that arose after the purchase. Chris sets himself apart by his preparation and professionalism. He is always prepared for anything that is thrown at him. He is helpful throughout the entire process. Starting with selecting a list price he gives you options and gives you advantages and disadvantages of each price and spends time discussing in order to agree on a list price. The package he puts together for sale is excellent. Floor plans, videos and photos are done exceptionally; they make your home feel like it was taken from a magazine. He is also great during the negotiation process. He is very level headed and steady in a time that can be filled with ups and downs. Chris is also very patient. Prior to purchasing our first home we looked at many places over a long period of time. We couldn’t have been ideal clients. However, he also showed up with a smile when we met and he also corresponded in a very reasonable amount of time. Chris looks at building long term client relations. He takes his time and does each sale the right way. This costs him more time, but , it insures his clients get the most out of their sale/purchases. That’s why we would only work with Chris. We know that he has our best interests in mind, while also doing a completely thorough and professional job. Finally, he also has the respect of his fellow realtors. It’s apparent instantly to anyone that sees him interact with colleagues that they respect him and appreciate his engagement.
