After our first meeting with him, and especially the first showing, we realized we made an excellent choice going with Chris. As first-time home buyers we really appreciated the time he took to go over the home buying process with us during our first meeting. At showings Chris would ask questions and would look at things that we wouldn't even think of. He is very knowledgeable about the timelines for things that need replacing (roof, furnace, etc.) and about buildings and possible issues they may have had or problem areas. Going through a showing with Chris feels like a mini-home inspection. He is very professional and offers his opinion only when prompted, giving you time to form your own opinion, but also giving you the background information to make an informed decision. He is very responsive to any questions or requests and generous with his time for showings and discussions afterwards. We really cannot say enough good things about Chris and feel very lucky to have had him guide us through our first home purchase.
