Simon was recommended to us by a friend who had good things to say about him. Our experience with Simon was very pleasant. Simon was professional, and at the same time down-to-earth and approachable. He would send us automatic updates whenever there's a property that fitted our criteria show up on the market. If we were interested, he would promptly pull up the sales history so we could have a better idea of the place before going to see it in person. Simon would meet up with us for all the open houses, and he was always puntual. After the viewing, if asked, he would ask the selling party for all the strata documents for us to review. We would then compare notes with Simon to identify important issues and make informed decisions. Simon was not pushy at all and always allowed us the time and space to make up our own mind. We found a property that intrigued us but felt some hesitations based on the online photos and description. Simon put our mind at ease by giving us some insider information. We ended up going to the open house, liked what we saw, made an offer and got the place. When he says that he comes with the house, it's true! Since moving in, we have called upon Simon mutiple times for his advice and asssistence and he has always been more than helpful.

Our friend told us about this amazing realtor Sayaka Takahara, who took less than 1 week to sell their house early this year. So when my husband and I talked about purchasing our home, we got her contact information from our friend.
