Extremely please with the whole experience from Simon and his team. They stuck with us for a two years before we finally decided to sell. Simon explained the selling strategy he thought was best in the current market and we were pleased with that. He helped with staging suggestions and made sure the place looked as best it could. The strategy was perfect as we had some viewings in the first few days and the first open house was a success. We even received an offer before the open house and Simon and his team got us the best price that was basically full ask.
