Jennifer is so good at what she does! I decided to list an investment property early 2024, and Jennifer helped with recommendations for painters, carpet cleaners, tile grout repair, "deep cleaners" and more! I was in Vancouver so it was harder for me to inspect how the place was, especially before showings. She worked well with my tenants and made sure the place was ready to show!
