Tammy helped us sell our house in ladner year and half ago. She was very respectful, available and always on time. One of the things I remember is how she looked out for our pets safety during the showings. And when time came she helped us buy our home in Langley. The whole experience was pleasant and light and happy. We love our home and Tammy is a part of that.

Tammy and Thor Matson were the listing agents for our home that was put on the market in mid May 2022. At the time of listing the market was still active but a definite shift was starting to take place. Their knowledge and expertise of market trends and their experience as real estate agents helped us navigate through these very uncertain conditions. We trusted their judgement and advice which enabled us to make the best decisions in selling our house. All in all, we were very happy with the outcome and know that we made the right choice in listing with them. We highly recommend Tammy and Thor and would absolutely enlist their real estate services in the future.

Helped Danielle Moule to buy a condo in Delta in 2022.

Tammy helped me to find a condo to purchase and in all honesty, there is no way I would be living in my new condo without her. She was very knowledgeable right from the start on all available properties and always had a way to schedule showings in a moments notice. One of the aspects of working with Tammy that I appreciated the most was her honesty. It wasn’t just about selling a condo is was about finding me a place to call home that I will love long term. It is without question Tammy will always be my go-to for selling or finding a next home. Would highly recommend working with Tammy for all of your property needs, you will be in great hands with her.

Lynda 2022-10-13

Helped Lynda to buy & sell a home(s) in Delta in 2021.

Tammy was incredibly attentive, professional and pro-active in helping us sell our home and buy a new property. She hired a professional photographer to showcase our home beautifully, was readily available for questions and to offer feedback after showings and helped sell our home for the best possible price in the market at that time. In addition, when looking for guidance on financing a new build on a vacant lot, which was a new process for us, Tammy quickly referred us to a subject matter expert who was able to help us through that process efficiently and relatively stress-free. I would not hesitate to recommend Tammy to anyone needed professional assistance selling or buying a property.

Michelle Blake 2022-10-13

Tammy provided invaluable advice on what improvements would maximize the value of the house and get it sold quickly. She generated a lot of interest in the property before it was even listed and was able to sell it quickly in a relatively slow market.

This was my first move as a widow and they helped to make it an enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone thinking about a move!!!

When buying a house, local knowledge is extremely important. Tammy knows the Tsawwassen and surrounding area like the back of her hand. A quiet coffee in one of the excellent local coffee shops is time well spent with Tammy who will gladly give the pro's and con's of different development areas. Apart from being very knowledgeable, Tammy is very experienced, responsive, and a very pleasant person to work with. We had a great experience working with Tammy and ended up with buying a terrific property that we are extremely happy with. Tammy comes highly recommended.

I had such a wonderful experience working with Tammy. As a first time home buyer, I greatly appreciated her patience and guidance. Despite a scorching hot market, she found several options within my budget and never made me feel pressured to commit to a place that didn't tick all the boxes. I'm so glad I followed her advice to keep searching for the right place - I wound up with a gorgeous condo in my preferred neighbourhood. Through the whole homebuying process, Tammy was a total professional. Her communication was always timely and she guided me through all the final paperwork with ease. Tammy's kind, honest, and personable. I can't recommend her highly enough!

Tammy has been a pleasure to work with and over the years has become part of our family. She has been helping our family buy&sell houses and apartments over the last decade. We really enjoy working with her because she is honest and forthcoming with advice that is based on facts and market data. You will not feel pressured or rushed to make a decision on a property. She truly has made the process feel like we are in control of the real-estate decision. She will always have your interests in mind and that gave us always a peace of mind. Tammy is also very conscientious and always does what she promises to do. You do not have to call her to remind her of anything! Prepare to receive lots of data and follow-up emails. Her business approach is truly personal and without any hesitation my wife and I would recommend her as your next realtor. Tammy has a great reputation in the community and rightfully so. I also hear she is a great hockey player! Chris W.
