I highly recommend Josh to be your RE agent. He was extremely helpful in selling my home and I never felt pressured to list before I was ready. He knew the market in my area and made suggestions for sale price, as well as how to showcase my home to attract a buyer. Once it was listed, a purchaser came along quite quickly. Before subject removal, Josh held an agents open house and we received a back-up offer in case the original offer fell through. It didn't. After sale confirmation, Josh even went so far as to supervise some final work with a contractor while I was out of town. Thank you for all your effort Josh!
