Pete and his team did an amazing job selling my Yaletown condo. He didn't give up in a challenging market, held open houses constantly, provided attractive and impactful marketing pieces and kept me well informed as to the progress. But, most importantly, even though my property didn't sell for many months (due to market conditions), Pete managed to get me full price in the end thanks to his hustle and pro active efforts.

When you get good service when something is easy, that’s good. When you get great service when it’s a challenge, that’s fantastic! Pete was great from the very beginning. Outlining the logic behind current pricing, the process and approach to selling my Penthouse Condo. Through his contacts in the industry we were able to accept an offer for 97% of asking, with very little conditions, within 3 days of listing!! Wow. But what came next really allowed Pete to stand out. While not going into details, a very unfortunate incident arose right on closing. The buyer was very upset and I don’t blame them, but never was there a greater need to maintain professionalism and perspective. I was also upset.
