Pete did a fantastic job first, by being honest with us about the market, and then timing when we should sell. We had tried a few times to sell our place previous with other realtors with no luck. Pete came in, gave solid researched advice that really got us excited and set our expectations in reality. When it came to listing, he worked well with our tenants to get the ball moving, and wrapped up a quick sale. A lot of realtors kind of suck, Pete doesn't. Give him a call.
