Having been born and raised in the Vancouver area, Cheryl takes great pride in her city and the work she is able to do. Whether it’s having the opportunity to walk through the buying process with an excited first time home buyer, or sell a property for an experienced investor, her goal is always the same: to create a lifelong relationship with her clients through understanding and service excellence.

Her proven track record of being tough on negotiating, and her in-depth knowledge of real estate market trends, ensures that each client’s needs are at the forefront of her business. Cheryl has been licensed since 2010. Prior to building her successful real estate business, Cheryl was a Regional Business Manager for Boston Pizza International, where she managed a portfolio of seventeen stores across Western Canada, which generated approximately fifty million dollars worth of annual revenue.

Whenever Cheryl is asked what the favourite part of her job is, she can't help but point to the interactions and relationships she develops with her clients. Cheryl loves working with other people. It was a desire to make a more meaningful impact for her clients that ultimately led her down the road to becoming a real estate agent.

I am a very apprehensive person. My partner and I were terrified to get serious about looking for our first home because it’s a huge financial commitment, our skepticism of salespeople (including realtors), and because we were going to be searching during a global pandemic. However, as soon as we spoke with Cheryl, our fears went away. Cheryl is a phenomenal realtor. She patiently educated us on the process of buying a home, from procedures to finances, before working incredibly hard to support, defend, and (quite honestly) protect us while we searched for our home.
