We knew Peter as a professional engineer previously, and we chose to work with him as we felt like we were like-minded. It turns out that he is not only a great engineer, but a great realtor too! As first-time buyers, we had lots of questions and Peter took the time to explain everything in detail and made himself available at any time for us. We worked with Janine Jackson at Hill & Harbour on the purchase of our first condo and it was an amazing experience. Cheryl Davie and her team at Hill & Harbour have been absolutely irreplaceable this year as we sold our condo and bought a townhouse. We had previously worked with Cheryl many years ago when we originally purchased our condo, and she stayed in touch with us over the years, periodically checking in to see how we were doing. About a year ago, we started thinking about moving, and Cheryl was incredible patient and supportive. She had multiple conversations with us to help us figure out what we were looking for, and she sent us current listings to help us understand what to expect on the market. When we found a place we liked, again she made herself available, replying to our questions, and acting rapidly to help us put an offer together which was later accepted. Even after the sale closed, Cheryl and her team continued to be available to help answer questions and coordinate the final details. Throughout the entire experience, Cheryl and her team worked hard to help alleviate much of the work of selling and buying homes while also providing plain-language answers to all of our questions and help make the decision-making process as easy as possible. My wife and I saw a pamphlet about the successful sale of an apartment in our building by Cheryl. We then contact her to have a market analysis conducted for our unit that we wanted to sell because she obviously has significant experience selling units in our building and knows about all the related specifics. She met with us a few days later and delivered a well researched market analysis at no cost. There were a few people interested in our unit within our own building, so we asked Cheryl to represent us for the private sale of the unit. She helped us all along the selling process and kept us well informed of progress even when she was out of the Province for a week or so.
