When I selected these super gentlemen to sell a rental property in Gibsons that I had purchased with John's help about ten years earlier, and purchase a new home on the coast, I really lucked out. Much of the time, I had to do my house shopping from another province, and John patiently showed me countless homes on Facetime and went the extra mile with each one to research beyond the cosmetics and aesthetics, such as danger of flooding, and what was going on in the neighbourhoods. Bronson Moore. Would I ever use his services again? Absolutely without question. The experience we had with Mr. Moore was outstanding, professional and a deep appreciation for our satisfaction. It was more than a privilege to work with this man. Not only does he get in the trenches with the financial institutions to really get the ball rolling, but also when asked If we should buy some of the houses we looked at, there was always an honest answer as to whether or not the house was worth buying. I asked him about the houses we looked at if he would buy it or not and what surprised us is that he gave us a true and extremely honest answer. The money factor was never a part of the equation. During the spring of 2022 I decided to make the move from North Vancouver to the Sunshine Coast. As I was not too familiar with the area, I knew it would be advantageous for me to have a “good” realtor from there. Bronson was recommended to me by a retired realtor. It soon became apparent it was a good choice as he was very accommodating when I requested to see houses. He was also very helpful in that with him growing up on the coast he was very familiar with the area and would give us some insight into the different locations I was looking at. Overall, he made my house buying experience a lot less stressful then could have been.
