When looking to sell a duplex we were pleased to find “The Next Door Real Estate Group - North Shore”. We had the privilege of working with Bryan Pudney who was incredibly helpful in the selling of our property. Due to covid it was next to impossible to follow the traditional route of an open house to attract buyers, so Bryan created a very impressive 3D model of our property to help prospective buyers get a better understanding of the property and what they would be buying. On top of that some of our buyers had some minor issues, but Bryan really came through and helped the buyers with their issues, which allowed for the selling process to occur without much concern from our end.
