Beware! Denise is only concerned with profits (real estate industry in a nutshell) and will not be concerned with peoples' livelihoods. Our landlord sold their house and issued us 2-Month Notice to End Tenancy. We told our landlord that they would have to compensate 1 month's rent as per law. Landlord was not aware of this rule so they called Denise on speakerphone and she said "Oh, they're asking for it?" Denise deliberately omitted information and actively broke the LAW that governs tenancy rights. Dishonest, disreputable, and devious behaviour from Denise. 0/10 would not hire.
