I have absolutely no regrets after trusting Dave Masson to sell my condo in South Surrey, he made the entire process as smooth and efficient as can be. Prior to listing, Dave got acquainted with my unit and complex and walked me through all the upcoming steps, then waited patiently until I was ready to move out of town and leave my keys in his capable hands. My husband and I went with Dave for the sale of our condo and the purchase of our new house. We spoke with, or interviewed, three potential realtors before choosing Dave. Our condo sold within two weeks of being listed, which surprised us during Covid. During Covid Dave and Austin had private showings over two consecutive days, and we got a fast sale. Dave’s expertise and guidance during the buying process was fantastic! Overall, our experience with Dave was better than we could have imagined and he will be the first person we contact in the future for buying or selling property.
