My wife and I used Dave when we needed to sell our Vancouver condo and purchase a small house. Things were done quickly and with a high level of quality. The video his team put together for the sale of our condo was impressive, definitely showed as good as it could have! Sale happened quickly and he was always available for us around the clock. Buying took time, we saw lots of places. I appreciated the insight he gave us on them. I was fixated on what was the best deal or potential for profit, although that’s a main factor, he constantly gave us pro’s and con’s about each place we viewed that focused on our family, with 2 toddlers. We ended up getting more living space than expected in a quieter area than we were originally looking. Worked out really well for us! I always recommend Dave and Austin to anyone looking to buy. They’re customer service is second to none.

Ive had the please of working with Dave a few times now. If you're not using Dave as your real estate agent, you're actively choosing to lose money. Dave has been absolutely incredible. Always responds quickly, answers any question 24/7 even when they seem like stupid questions, and he is incredibly professional and personable. He answers and reassures you if you have any doubts and understands the market prices VERY well. Ontop of all of that, he is an amazing negotiator. I've worked with roughly 4 or 5 other real estate agents, and none even come close to the same caliber of Dave. I will never use any realtor besides Dave for myself and my family. Their stagers also did a great job. It looked better than a show home. Oh... This will obviously differ from house to house, but he sold my first house in on 1 day with 10+ offers, and years later when I used him again, he sold in 2 days with multiple offers.
