Sophia is honestly the whole package. I have so many good things to say about my experience with her, I don’t even know where to start. My parents were searching for their first investment property in 2022, and we were advised by a family member to go with her. It was the best decision we could have made. Sophia guided us throughout the whole process from listening intently to our needs and concerns; finding something that is exactly right for us; guiding us throughout the mortgage loan process and just going above and beyond to ensure we are happy and feel safe with our purchase. We initially found a unit that we were about to go through with, but Sophia’s due diligence with the inspection, running through strata docs and reviewing the history of the building, she was able to catch some red flags that we missed. She advised us not to go with that unit as it wouldn’t have been in our best interest in the long run and could have potentially cost my parents a lot more money. She truly truly cares. It’s not about just getting things done. She gets things done and does it right. We ended up with something better than we could have imagined and it was all because of her expertise. She’s knowledgeable, reliable, attentive, and caring. More importantly she finds you exactly what you’re looking for and doesn’t settle for less. She provides incredible advice. And it doesn’t stop with the settlement. Sophia has contacted us throughout the year with property laws, updates and reminders just so we are up to date and don’t miss out on anything. She doesn’t have to do that. She does it because she cares about her clients. There’s so much else that she has helped me with regarding random property questions to filing important forms. She’s always responsive and happy to help. We even received a lovely Christmas gift just because. I highly recommend her and I hope I can continue to work with Sophia in the future.
