Arman worked with us to buy our first home in 2019, He helped us through the process and didn't try and convince us to buy at the higher end of our budget. He helped us negotiate nearly 50k off the asking price by putting together a quick no frills deal. He also hooked us up with a mortgage broker who got a us a pretty good interest rate. When we eventually sell our home and move somewhere else i plan to work with Arman and Dora again.

I was referred to Dora and Arman by a family member. I moved here from Toronto to Vancouver roughly four years ago. We were looking for a rental property at first but it was very hard to find one given we had two pets(cat & dog). Most landlords and management companies only accepted one pet. Our intention as a family was to buy a place but once we settled. Since we couldn’t find a rental we had no choice but to look into buying sooner than we wanted. It’s been four years and we are still in touch with one another. I would recommend them to my family and friends with no hesitation. The professional service they offer is really unbelievable.

Although I tried selling my home on my own in order to save the Realestate commissions I ended up selling with Arman and Dora Kardi. Arman who initially approached me was very respectful of the fact that I wanted to try selling my house on my own. I also liked the fact that he was never pushy and left it up to me when I was ready to give him a chance. Even though he noted that they had clients activity looking..., this only seemed like a line all realtors use; however, I decided to give them a shot. Their dedication to get me top dollar paid off as they spent time and money to promote my property i. e. video, brochures and made numerous contacts with potential buyers both locally and abroad. They brought me two firm offers on the first day of the open house. They were very professional during the process and very accommodating with our needs during COVID.
