Mr. Chung did an amazing job with the sale of our property. Even though the market was not very favorable, he secured the sale of our property within a week! Mr. Chung was an outstanding real estate agent. He was my parents’ realtor and he managed to sell their house above the asking price and in less than a week of putting the house on the market. He was a seasoned professional in his field who made sure my parents and I understood the current state of the housing market and what to expect. Without an excellent agent like Mr. Chung, I do not know if my family would have been able to navigate the landscape of laws, paperwork, and financial risks that is the housing market. It was a great reassurance to have Mr. Chung there with us. While this agent had other business to attend to and his phone buzzed with notifications and rang with phone calls, Mr. Chung took the time to get to know his clients. He had a good sense of humour and empathized with our needs. He answered many of my inquiries about the market: going in-depth about the government, then to the boom and bust of the real estate market of the past, and to the recent pandemic and how it bamboozled the prediction of the housing market forecast. Conversations with Mr. Chung were very insightful and intriguing despite the complexity of the topics. I felt like I was not only talking to a professional real estate agent but also to a professor with his patience and well of knowledge of various subjects. I felt assured that my childhood home was in good hands. Thomas is probably the hardest working realtor you will meet. He was our realtor for a recent home purchase and is definitely the type of agent you want on your side. He has tons of knowledge and experience and always has his clients’ best interests at heart. He is quick to respond to calls, texts and emails, does what he says he will do, and is a skilled negotiator. Even in this hot sellers market we were able to secure our new home for less than asking. We would not hesitate to hire him again or to recommend him to friends and family.
